Introduction Letter

Starting the year writing a letter to your students and getting them to write one back to you is a great way to get to know them and get an idea of where they are at with their writing.
 
This resource provides a template that your students could use to plan their letter and an example of a letter that I would write to my class to introduce myself. My letter follows the same format as the plan so it provides a great exemplar as well as introduces myself.
