NZ War Heroes Inquiry

Do something engaging and powerful in your class for ANZAC day.
 
This NZ War Heroes Inquiry resource provides each student with a name of an ordinary New Zealander who served in a military capacity; their name and a picture of a medal they received. Once your students have this information it is up them to do the rest. Through finding out about their NZ War Hero they will be learning about the history of war in NZ and developing an appreciation of the courage, bravery and sacrifice war requires.
